Community Integration

Out in the world, learning and living.

Our residents have weekly opportunities to integrate into the community through a variety of client-choice activities and outings. Whether it's a visit to the park, a local shop, or a community event, these experiences help residents gain knowledge and independence in their natural environments — and have fun doing it.

  • Weekly outings chosen by the residents themselves
  • Real-world practice with life and social skills
  • Friendships and connection beyond the home
Circle of Supports

No one is cared for alone.

We support our clients very strongly in their circle of supports — including doctors, therapists, family members, job coaches, and behavior analysts. By keeping the whole team connected, care at home stays aligned with each person's health, goals, and the people who know them best.
